  • How long does it take for goods to arrive in my country?
    That depends on your preferred method of shipping. Air-cargo shipments normally takes from 4 to 20 days depending on your location whilst sea-freight cargo takes 15 to 45 days.
  • What payment methods do we provide?
    T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of credit), Digital currency & Western Union. Remark: Some of the payment methods mentioned above may or may not apply on certain purchases.
  • Do we provide custom clearance/declaration for imported goods?
    That depends on the country of arrival, at the moment we are capable of delivering goods up to 35 countries. Please contact us for more information about the list of countries that are currently available.
